Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the services and applications provided by EvenBase (Istanbul, Türkiye, info@evenbase.io), including the website evenbase.io, custom automation and AI-agent development services, and EvenBase applications such as the demo applications at demos.evenbaselabs.com (the "Applications"). By ordering services or using the Applications, you accept these Terms. In case of any conflict between language versions, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Services

EvenBase provides intelligent automation, AI-agent development, web/mobile application development, and process consulting. The scope, duration, and fees of custom work are defined in the proposal or order summary agreed electronically between the parties. Delivery is digital (data transfer, server setup, or online/in-person consulting); no physical shipment is made.

2. Applications and Connected Accounts (Google, Microsoft)

2.1. Some Applications allow you to connect third-party accounts, including your Google Account or Microsoft account. By connecting, you authorize EvenBase to access your account only within the permissions (scopes) you approve on the provider's consent screen and only to provide the features you request. Our handling of this data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

2.2. You may revoke this authorization at any time: for Google via myaccount.google.com/permissions, and for Microsoft via account.live.com/consent/Manage (personal accounts) or myapplications.microsoft.com / your organization's administrator (work or school accounts). Revocation ends our access but does not affect files already created in your own storage (such as your Google Drive), which belong to you.

2.3. Automations act on your instructions: emails sent, labels or categories applied, events created, and documents generated through your account are performed on your behalf based on the templates and settings you configure. You are responsible for the content of templates and settings you provide.

2.4. Your use of Google or Microsoft services through the Applications must also comply with the applicable terms and program policies of the relevant provider.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Applications to (a) send unsolicited bulk email or spam, (b) infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law, (c) transmit malicious code, or (d) attempt to access accounts or data without authorization. EvenBase may suspend access that violates this section.

4. Demo Applications

Demo Applications are provided free of charge, "as is", for evaluation purposes; sessions are time-limited, features may change or be discontinued, and demo research outputs may be displayed in a public results gallery. Do not use confidential or sensitive content in demos.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for commissioned work are those stated in the agreed proposal or on the website; applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) are added as required by law. Work begins after the agreed payment or advance is received.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Sales)

The services covered by these Terms consist of custom-produced software and process designs and of services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly; therefore, under Article 15(ğ) and (h) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, no right of withdrawal applies once performance has begun with the customer's approval.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

EvenBase may access a client's internal processes or data during consulting and deployment; such data is used only for project purposes and is not shared with third parties without written consent. Upon full payment, usage rights in the delivered custom products and AI agents pass to the client; EvenBase retains its rights in its general code libraries, infrastructure, and methodologies.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Applications are provided with reasonable skill and care; however, automated and AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon. To the extent permitted by law, EvenBase's total liability arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that service, and EvenBase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes may be brought before Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced annually; other disputes are subject to the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Entry into Force

By approving a proposal, making payment, or using the Applications, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
